Background Check

Your employment is contingent upon your successful completion of a background check, which may include a credit check, conducted by our designated background screening company, which you hereby authorize, and verification of the information you provided in your application process, which you promise is true and accurate. nVision Technologies reserves the right to withdraw this job offer or terminate employment based on information discovered in the background check process. Please do not quit your current job until nVision Technologies has informed you that you have successfully completed the background check.

Termination

nVision Technologies is entitled to terminate your employment at any time for cause without notice or pay in lieu thereof. Your employment may be terminated without cause upon the provision of notice or payment in lieu of notice and severance pay in accordance with the provisions of the Employment Standards Act. You understand and agree to waive any entitlement to additional payments to you or to any additional notice to you upon termination.

Compliance With Companies’ Policies

I understand that during my employment with nVision Technologies Inc, I will be given full access to the company's policies and procedures. I agree to access, read, and follow the terms and conditions of the company policies and any updates made to them from time to time. This agreement will take effect on the first day of my employment with nVision Technologies.
